Service Description
CQC Registered Managers are legally responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) and the 2014 CQC Regulations including all staff employed at the registered service. How can this be achieved when the Registered Manager is not continuously at their service? This course provides people management strategies for ensuring that CQC registered services continue to operate effectively regardless of whether the Registered Manager is on site.
